Monday • Tuesday • Friday 5:00 – 6:00 | Ball Mastery & 1v1 Development Players focus on comfort on the ball through repetition and creativity. Includes ball mastery patterns, first touch work, passing & receiving under pressure, and attacking 1v1 moves. 6:00 – 7:00 | Strength, Speed & Finishing Developing explosive athletes through speed mechanics, agility work, coordination, and goal-scoring repetition. Players work on different finishing scenarios from realistic game situations. 7:00 – 8:00 | Baller IQ Development (INVITE ONLY) Training the mind of the player. Focus on scanning, positional awareness, decision making, and understanding how to keep possession and control the rhythm of the game. 8:00 – 9:00 | Rondo & Small-Sided Games (INVITE ONLY) High-tempo rondos and possession games followed by competitive 3v3 play to apply the day’s technical and tactical learning in game environments. ⸻ Wednesday • Thursday 5:00 – 6:00 | Rondos & Small-Sided Play Fast-paced rondos and 3v3 games designed to improve decision making, movement off the ball, and playing in tight spaces. 6:00 – 7:00 | Baller IQ Development (INVITE ONLY) Players develop game awareness through scanning exercises, positional concepts, and learning when to play fast vs. control the tempo. 7:00 – 8:00 | Ball Mastery & Technical Work (INVITE ONLY) Focused repetition on first touch, passing combinations, ball manipulation, and 1v1 attacking confidence. 8:00 – 9:00 | Strength, Speed & Finishing Physical development combined with finishing under fatigue. Emphasis on explosiveness, coordination, and scoring with confidence.

If you don't cancel the day before training, unfortunately you will have to pay for the reservation slot. Please read Schedule prior to booking; Anyone registered for an incorrect session will not be allowed to train and will lose their credit for the session.
