Cancellation Policy

1. Program Overview Ballers Den Summer Camp is designed to provide a structured, high-level training environment focused on technical development, decision-making, small-sided games, and character growth. Camp sessions are led by qualified Ballers Den coaches and follow our player development philosophy. 2. Registration & Payment Full payment is required to secure a player’s spot. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment plans (if offered) must be completed prior to the first day of camp. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the player’s spot. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Parent Cancellation: 14+ days before camp: Full refund minus administrative fee. 7–13 days before camp: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before camp: No refund. Ballers Den Cancellation: If camp is canceled due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, players will receive: A make-up session OR Credit toward future training OR Pro-rated refund (if make-up is not possible). No refunds for missed days due to vacation, minor illness, or scheduling conflicts. 4. Attendance & Tardiness Players are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes early. Excessive tardiness may affect playing time in competitive activities. Early pickups must be communicated in advance. 5. Player Expectations All campers are expected to: Show respect to coaches, teammates, and opponents. Maintain a positive attitude. Demonstrate effort and focus. Follow safety guidelines. Ballers Den reserves the right to dismiss any player for behavior that disrupts the learning environment. No refund will be issued in cases of dismissal. 6. Safety & Medical Parents must disclose any medical conditions during registration. Players must bring: Proper footwear (cleats or futsal shoes depending on surface) Shin guards Water bottle Appropriate athletic attire Ballers Den staff will administer basic first aid when needed. In case of emergency, 911 will be contacted and parents notified immediately. Liability Waiver Participation in soccer activities involves inherent risk. By registering, parents acknowledge and accept these risks and release Ballers Den and its staff from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
